Oooops, it has been 7 days since I last posted! Beee Aaaa Double D Bad Call Him Miss Ross! Anyway, some notes on the last few days ....

1. Saturday night was Jason and Anthony's "Blood Fest" Annual Halloween Party. Several of the Southern Bears were there, including Matt [LJ blogger Pandas Papa] and James [LJ blogger Red Panda Cub]. J and A truly put out a feast for everyone, as well as helping me with a last minute costume!

2. On Sunday, I walked in my first ever AIDS Walk! Walked with the Bears [Matt, Chris, Derrick, Jeremy and Bob], who raised over $500.00 for Jerusalem House. The weather was great, with enough breeze to keep everyone from overheating.

I found demographics of the Walk participants very interesting. There seemed to be far more straight and African American walkers, as compared to gay men and lesbians. I was thinking that it showed how the disease has truly infiltrated every aspect of society.

3. Also at the walk, I noticed there a number of people wearing "Meth Equals Death" t-shirts and buttons. It is probably just me being very behind the times, but it seems this movement just sprang up in only the last few months. Where did it start?

4. Have a sorta of busy week. Will be going with the Bears to the Bears On The Run Concert. And HOPEFULLY, it appears that I will be pinning that too damn fine KENDALL during the concert. We held a raffle for the opportunity to pin a bear!
