OKKKK .. mucho thanks to LJ bloggers FLYRAIL, S2DBAKER and POOHBEARRAY for their insight and comments on my last blog entry. Guys, I really appreciate your responses .. and you have given me a lot to think about. I want to say thanks to THE PINK PRINCESS. She listened to me yesterday, and really lifted my spirits.

I also want to say that CUBDADDY'S blog entry for today, truly stated how I have been feeling. I try to hold off moaning and bitching about my job or life because I look around and know that so many others have "it" far worse than I do.

Last night I went to a combined birthday party for my Mom and Sister-In-Law. My Mom has never really made a big deal about her age, but my Sister-In-Law, who is turning 40, is having a hard time. I must be a strange person [well I guess most of you knew that already :)], because I can not wait to turn 40 .. which happens this coming February. I have never understood why some men and women get so hung on age. Are they afraid that others will adopt a more negative view?

In my office, we have a new guy [the one that replaced Ken] who will not reveal his true age. He did not tell us about his birthday until after it happened. What is the big deal?
