Oooops, almost 10 days without blogging, Not very good at all! Anyway, I decided to share some brief thoughts on some of the music I have been listening to.



1. SEAN ENSIGN, SEAN ENSIGN, SEAN ENSIGN .. Besides the fact that Mr. Sean is damn-yum good looking, I am still listening to his cd, which I came across a year ago. Are his videos basic [and need improvement in the choreography department], and are a lot of his songs pop goes casio? Yes, but for a first album without major company support, he did pretty good.

I have been playing his latest video, I Wanna Be With You, all weekend.

Now I believe that Sean is an example of good gay dance music that is trying to be heard. On the other hand, you have artists like Colton Ford. I have tried and tried to like Colton's stuff, bought the remixes, etc. But it is not happening for me. I just do not like his voice. He sounds too breathy and weak. HOWEVER, his latest video does include:

2. CAZWELL! I have been listening to Cazwell for over a month now. Loving me some of this man. He and my other favorite gay / white boy rapper / downtown artist, Jonny McGovern, help bring a little dirt to the pretty sheen of gay music.

3. I can not get Donna Summer's STAMP YOUR FEET out of my head! S-T-AMP, S-T-AMP. I am loving that song and THE QUEEN IS BACK from her new album.

4. And to end this all music blog post, I want to send a HUGE HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my friend, incredible DJ [when are you going to spin again] and fellow blogger, DJ AIRICK!! Both Madonna and myself want to shout out for Eric to have the best year so far!! Now if he would only SHARE some of his recent Madonna remixes!
