Okkkkk ........ Tomorrow I leave Vegas, so here is a little wrap up:
1. Saw the Beatles' show LOVE last night. Truly incredible. If you have any appreciation or knowledge of theatre, this show is incredibly powerful. The symbolism, the staging, the "theatricality" is inspirational. Made me want to design a whole show about the Supremes! Truly fantastic show!
2. Tonight (5/6), Cher opens her new show at the Coliseum at Ceasars Palace. Since I did not have tickets, and will be leaving tomorrow, I decided to the next best thing ........ go shopping at the Cher store! Yes, Cher and Bette Midler "share" a store next to the theatre. However, Cher has far more items. Cher blankets, Cher dolls, Cher glasses, programs, etc. And there were queens a plenty (like myself) shopping away! As you might guess, I kept thinking the entire time .... Miss Ross needs a shop like this!
3. Tonight we saw Rita Rudner at Harrahs. My sister in law got us into the meet and greet. Rita knows how to do a show. An hour and fifteen minutes, no cue cards, and we are done. She looked incredible.

Viva Las Vegas! I wonder how much the locals get tired of hearing that?
