Okkkkkkkkk, this morning, I asked two of my co-workers [who are rabid Republicans], what they thought of Colin Powell's endorsement of Obama.

Now I've always viewed Colin Powell as a steady, smart guy who asked a lot of questions and sought out the facts. Which is probably why he is no longer with W. now. To me, Powell always came across as a conservative leader. Therefore, his endorsement was very interesting.

My co-workers response? "He had to hang with the brothers." "Because he's mad at W. and wanted to vote black." And then they said, "we are just waiting for Condi to do the same."

Truly sad.
